Volunteers make Family Promise of Berks County possible. Our dedicated volunteers help us provide emergency shelter, meals and assistance to homeless families. Family Promise keeps families together and provides them with a safe, supportive and home-like environment.
Our volunteers come with open hearts and often become a great source of encouragement and hope during difficult times. The Network enables volunteers to share contacts and connections that often lead to employment, housing and education opportunities.
Contact us to find out how you can help a neighbor in need. We offer a wide range of volunteer activities that fit varying schedules, expertise and levels of commitment. You are never too old or young to get involved, we welcome entire families to come volunteer together, from grandparents to young children.
